1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of DocCraft – Smart Document Toolkit, provided by Ameer Hamza Tools. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DocCraft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2. About DocCraft
DocCraft provides document and image utility features, which may include image compression, resizing and conversion, Image to PDF, PDF compression, merging, splitting, PDF-to-image conversion, and related file-management functions.
3. Permitted Use
You may use DocCraft for lawful personal or business purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it to violate another person's rights, or process content in violation of applicable law.
4. Your Files and Content
You remain responsible for documents, images, and other content you select or process using DocCraft. You should only process files that you own or are legally authorized to use. We recommend keeping backups of important files before editing, converting, compressing, merging, splitting, or otherwise processing them.
5. Advertising
DocCraft may display advertisements supplied by Google AdMob and its advertising partners. Advertising services may process device, advertising, usage, and related technical information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable law, region, device settings, and consent choices.
6. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services such as Google Play Services, Google AdMob, and, where applicable, Google Firebase services. These services are governed by their respective terms and policies, and Ameer Hamza Tools does not control their independent practices.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or work identically on every device or Android version.
8. No Warranty
DocCraft is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every file, or that every conversion or processing result will meet a particular requirement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ameer Hamza Tools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use DocCraft. This includes loss or corruption of files, data, profits, or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Privacy
Your use of DocCraft is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled by the app and third-party services.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when the app, its services, legal requirements, or our practices change. Updated terms may be published on this page with a revised effective date.
